Last week, AT&T quietly unveiled a new postpaid plan called Value Plus.
As its name suggests, this is a cheaper plan compared to Ma Bell’s top tier options like the Unlimited Elite, Unlimited Extra, and Unlimited Starter. Despite this, you still get the bells and whistles from a value plan.
The plan costs $50 per month (with AutoPay and paperless billing enabled). It includes unlimited talk, text, and data. The good news is, you also get access to AT&T’s 5G network. Video streaming is limited to SD quality.
Other features included in this plan are AT&T ActiveArmor security, unlimited talk, text and data in Mexico and Canada, and unlimited texting from the US to over 200 countries.
Unfortunately, you can only activate one line of service under this plan. For someone who doesn’t need to have several lines though, this can be seen as a good deal.
