HTC’s newest smartphone, the HTC U23 Pro, is now official. The Taiwanese phone manufacturer unveiled the first U-series smartphone since 2020. If you’re interested to know about this device, here’s a quick rundown of its specs.
For starters, the HTC U23 Pro comes with a 6.7-inch OLED display with an FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus. From within, the device is powered by a mid-range Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset. You can get the device in either 8GB or 12GB of RAM. Onboard storage is 256GB with a microSD card slot for memory expansion.
Camera-wise, the device is equipped with a 108-megapixel main sensor on the back with three other sensors: an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, a 5-megapixel macro, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. In front, there is a 32-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
Other features you can find on the HTC U23 Pro include a 3.5mm headphone jack, IP67 rating, a 4,600mAh battery with 30W wired charging and 15W wireless charging support, and a fingerprint sensor. Android 13 comes pre-installed in the device along with HTC’s VIVERSE app. The device also comes with 5G support. Color options include Snow White and Coffee Black.
As for its pricing, the 8GB of RAM model is priced at $550 while the 12GB of RAM variant costs $585. You can now pre-order the device via HTC’s UK online store. The Coffee Black model will start shipping on June 5th. Meanwhile, the Snow White variant will be available on June 18th.
