2021 will be the year of foldable smartphones as more manufacturers join in on the trend of staying away from traditional handheld devices. Manufacturers like Google, Xiaomi, Oppo, and Vivo join the likes of Samsung and LG in creating these phones. But it looks like LG is doing more than foldable phones. In fact, it is reported to be working on a rollable device called the LG Rollable.
According to the leak, the device comes with a 6.8-inch screen that rolls out to 7.4 inches. Powering the device from within is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor with a whooping 16GB of RAM and a 4,200mAh battery.
The reports suggest the LG Rollable will be launching within the first half of the year before it gets released in June. When it launches, the LG Rollable could be priced as much as $2,359 according to some rumors.
