A couple of years before the pandemic started, Boost Mobile was pulled out of some retail stores. Now that ownership has been transferred to Dish Network, the company has decided to make the brand available in these stores again.
Back in 2018, Boost Mobile was pulled out of Target and Dollar General. A year after that, the prepaid brand exited Best Buy and Meijer. Ever since then, the only national retail store that continued to sell Boost Mobile was Walmart.
Earlier this month, Wave7 Research shared reports that Boost Mobile would be returning to Target’s stores. And now, both Wave7 Research and BestMVNO have been able to confirm these rumors as they’ve seen large endcaps in select Target stores.
Stephen Stokols, Boost Mobile’s CEO, has confirmed that these endcaps would be rolling out in these stores throughout the month. The endcaps feature three Boost Mobile phones at a discount: the Samsung Galaxy A03s at $59.99, Samsung Galaxy A13 5G at $149.99, and the Celero 5G at $99.99.
These three models will be the only phones that Target will carry upon launch.
