Samsung is busy this year with affordable smartphones. One of the latest devices they announced is the Galaxy M42 5G, which is a mid-range smartphone with 5G support.
According to Amazon India, the device is scheduled to make its debut on April 28th. There are rumors that it will cost $300 outright, but this has not yet been confirmed. If the rumors are true, it definitely looks like it could be one of the best budget 5G devices for the year.
Apart from 5G support, the device is said to have an AMOLED display and be powered by a decent Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset. There is also a 64-megapixel main camera included in the device. Also, there are reports that this phone could be equipped with a massive 6,000mAh battery. But again, this is not yet confirmed.
Right now, that’s all we know about the mysterious mid-range phone. If the phone does launch on April 28th, we could get more details about its specs, price, and availability in the US.
