Holiday shoppers looking to upgrade their smartphone can take advantage of T-Mobile's revived promotion on Google's Pixel 10 lineup. The carrier is offering significant savings on the entire Pixel 10 family, including a completely free base model for qualifying customers.
The deal is straightforward: trade in an eligible phone and get the 128GB Pixel 10 at no cost, according to Android Authority. Those interested in the larger Pro models can save $800, while customers on T-Mobile's top-tier Go5G Next or Experience Beyond plans can save up to $1,000.
What makes this promotion particularly attractive is the age of phones that qualify. You don't need last year's flagship to get the full discount. Devices from several years back—including the iPhone 12 Pro, Samsung's Galaxy S10 lineup, or even the Pixel 6—will get you maximum trade-in value. Older or budget phones still work toward the promotion but receive half the discount amount.
T-Mobile is adding an extra incentive for online shoppers. Anyone who orders through the website or T-Life app gets a free pair of Google Pixel Buds 2a, which normally sell for $130. The earbuds need to be added to your cart during checkout, where the promotion automatically applies to make them free.
The savings come through monthly bill credits over two years, so paying off your phone early means losing the remaining credits. New device activations also include a $35 connection fee.
