Verizon Wireless is making some changes to its Up rewards program. Along with the change, Big Red is advising customers to use up their Device Dollars before June ends. Otherwise, all of their earnings will be lost.
Device Dollars are rewarded by Verizon to its customers as a way of thanking them for remaining a subscriber. They can use these device dollars to make purchases they are interested in on Verizon’s website or store.
According to Phone Arena, Big Red made the announcement today on its Verizon Up official website. In addition to this, the carrier also sent out an email to its customers informing them that the rewards program will be “transitioning to make things easier” in the coming months. As shared in the email, customers can expect “a completely new experience” and “upgrades to claiming offers.”

Customers are advised to use their Device Dollars to use them before they expire on June 30th, or 24 months from when they were originally claimed.
Monthly rewards will be retired on May 1st.
Verizon promised that its bonus rewards, such as Super Tickets, presale events, special anniversary offers, and TravelPass access will not be affected by the upcoming changes. You can read more about this here.
