You can get the iPhone SE (2022) from Verizon for $0 when you sign up for an eligible Unlimited plan. This will allow you to save $429.99 from the price of the device.
However, the discount will be applied in monthly increments over 3 years. So you still have to pay for the phone and wait until you finish the EIP duration to get the full cost back.
Verizon is offering the iPhone 13 and Galaxy S22 5G smartphones for $0 with a device trade-in. You also have to sign up for a new line of service under their Unlimited plan. The discount will then be applied to your bill in monthly increments over 36 months.
