Starting this Sunday, November 2nd, AT&T will be doing some improvements on its Mobile Share Value plans, specifically with the addition of two new plans. The carrier is offering its customers more data to share on a couple of its plans, which means customers can now enjoy 3 gigabytes of data for $40 each month, and 6 gigabytes of data for $70 each month, plus charges for device access.
This most recent development should be good news for AT&T's customers, especially those looking to get more data to share. To illustrate, if you purchase a device via AT&T Next and then go for a Mobile Share Value plan that provides 3 gigabytes of data, you will pay $65 per month to enjoy wireless service on that device. You now have more options to find a plan that lets you stay connected, sending and receiving emails, sharing photos online, downloading media, and whatever that fancies you.
Depending on their data needs, both existing customers and new subscribers can find value in these enhanced plans, not to mention unlimited calls and text messaging on one of the most reliable 4G LTE network in the United States.
To recap, here are the updated Mobile Share Value plans:
All the plans listed above include unlimited calls, text messaging, and international messaging. Device access charges are +$25 per month per line with AT&T Next, or no term commitment ($40 per month with two-year agreement).
As for the unlimited international messaging inclusion, it will apply to messages sent from the US, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands to more than 190 countries (for texts) and 120 countries (for picture/video messages).
With Mobile Share Value plans, customers who qualify can opt to buy a smartphone with an AT&T Next installment agreement, without any annual service contract nor down payment. Eligible subscribers can get a new handset each year.
On top of that, customers can also bring their own devices to their plan, or buy a handset at full retail price or on a two-year contract. Those who want to add a tablet can do so for $10 each month.
Need more data to share? AT&T has extended the Double the Data offer on Mobile Share Value plans from 15 gigabytes to 50 gigabytes until November 15th.
