Now that Samsung has formally unveiled the newest addition to its Galaxy Note lineup of phablets, the next logical step (after poring through the device’s specifications and features) for any interested consumer is to find out what deals the country’s biggest wireless carriers are offering for the Galaxy Note 8. So here goes.
AT&T
AT&T is basically selling the Galaxy Note 8 for $25 down, and then $39.59 a month for a period of a couple of years, plus with an option for early upgrade. For those looking for another option, they should note that they can actually spread out payments over a period of 30 months so that they will only spend $31.67 a month for the handset.
Sprint
So far, Sprint probably has the most generous Galaxy Note 8 offer among the Big Four. The mobile operator offers the phablet for just $20 a month for a period of 24 months, and takers never have to worry about making any down payment. However, in order to take full advantage of this deal, customers have to switch from a rival network to Sprint’s. Also, users can also choose to lease the device for the same $20 per month for a period of a year and a half.
T-Mobile
T-Mobile’s Galaxy Note 8 deal is interesting, to say the least. For once, it is asking for a rather challenging $235 down payment, with device repayments pegged at $42 every month for a period of 24 months with an option for early upgrade (or just $30 a month without the early upgrade option).
Verizon Wireless
Sure, Verizon Wireless’ deal for the Galaxy Note 8 may not be mind blowing, but as the biggest wireless carrier in the United States mobile market, it does not really need to offer a brain melting deal. Thus, the Big Red is selling the phablet for $40 per month for a period of 24 months, with a down payment of $30.
Also, it bears mentioning that Samsung is being generous with its newest phablet offering. As a matter of fact, it happens to have a Do Bigger Things special offer that bundles the Galaxy Note 8 with either a 128 gigabyte micro SD EVO memory card and fast charge wireless charging convertible, or a Samsung Gear 360 camera, as long as the customer preorders the device.
