Apple is gearing up to launch its latest iPhone series, the iPhone 14. And the good news is that we finally have an official launch event to look forward to.
The company has started sending out its invites for its iPhone 14 series reveal. The event will take place on Wednesday, September 7th inside the Apple Park campus. The event starts at 10:00 AM PT and will be an in-person event. But the company will also live stream the event via its website and YouTube.
While the focus is on the new iPhone 14 models, one device to look forward to in particular is the iPhone 14 Plus/Max. According to reports, this device will essentially be similar to the iPhone 14 Pro Max but will have the appearance of the iPhone 14. There will no longer be an iPhone 14 mini added to the lineup.
Another thing to look forward to is the fact that Apple has replaced the current notch with a new pill-shaped cutout. This will be interesting to see since this space is where the sensors needed for Face ID are situated.
There’s also the new addition of Always-On display, the next generation A16 processor, and a new autofocus front camera.
The event will also highlight the next generation Apple Watch Series 8, which is rumored to be available in a standard and a Pro model.
