AT&T scores big on J.D. Power’s latest study

When it comes to customer satisfaction for large enterprise wireless service, AT&T has earned the top spot in J.D. Power’s latest study. 

This is a study that measures wireless service providers’ customer service satisfaction, performance and reliability, sales representatives and account executives, billing, cost of service, offers and promotions. And in the study, AT&T is found to be the top winner. This is Ma Bell’s second year to win the award.
