Once again, AT&T has topped J.D. Power’s recent survey in Customer Satisfaction for Residential Internet Service in the South and North Central regions. This is the fourth consecutive year that AT&T has earned the title in the South, and the second consecutive year for the North Central region.
According to the study, AT&T’s cost of service, communications, promotions, billing, and payment options are among the favorites of subscribers in these regions.
“Customers always call-in to ask how our Internet services compare to other providers,” says AT&T Customer Care Sales Consultant, Brandon Long. “Yet with so many options, they see our value and choose to do business with us year-after-year. That means a lot.”
