If you’re interested in joining this contest, all you have to do is fill out the application on this link. You will need to submit your application before 12 noon MT on October 25th. They will then inform applicants via email on November 1st. This is also the date when the contest starts.
For the first five days of the contest, your mood will be tracked. And for the next 25 days, you will need to delete all of your social media apps on your phone and tablet so you can “resist the temptation to peek on your computer or over a friend’s shoulder.”
So what should you be doing in those 25 days? All Home encourages you to “set goals and work on them regularly.” They will also provide you with a special app where your mood and activities will be tracked. Once the month is over, you will explain how the detox affected you via a write-up or a video.
