Earlier today, Oppo announced that it had signed a partnership with the Union of European Football Associations (EUFA). Through this partnership, the Chinese phone manufacturer will get an opportunity to advertise its products in several tournaments, including the UEFA Champions league.
The arrangement of the deal will give Oppo its much needed visibility on broadcast backdrops, ad panels at stadiums, and even on key positions on both website and social media of Champions League, Futsal Champions League Finals, Super Cup, and the Youth League Finals.
UEFA Marketing Director, Guy-Laurent Epstein, said that the two parties will work together to “connect and inspire football fans around the world.”
The partnership between the two will span over two seasons: 2022/2023 and 2023/2024.
Apart from the EUFA, Oppo has been spotted in other sporting events, such as the International Cricket Council (cricket), Wimbledon and Roland-Garros (tennis).
