Now that Apple has rolled out the latest iOS update, iPhone device users are happy with the changes that have been implemented. One of these much welcomed changes is the new way users see their battery percentage.
Prior to this update, the battery percentage can be seen by swiping down on the screen to see how much battery is left. This has been a pet peeve that iPhone users have been experiencing since the iPhone X.
With the new update, Apple is taking care of this frustration. Users can now see their battery percentage easier. This can be enabled by going to Settings > Battery and Enable Battery Percentage.
Unfortunately, this fix is not yet available on all iPhone models. As reported by PhoneArena, the Battery Percentage feature will not get the new feature. These devices include the iPhone 11, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 13 mini, and iPhone XR.
Apple has not explained why the battery percentage update is not available on these iPhone models. It’s possible that their display sizes could be affected by this update, which makes them incompatible for it.
Hopefully, Apple finds a way to make the update display on these devices too.
