Yesterday, T-Mobile unveiled its newest platform for enterprise customers. The Un-Carrier is launching three new products that make use of their 5G network. One of the three products also includes a partnership with Dialpad.
One of the products is called T-Mobile Home Office 5G Internet, a service that will include a dedicated 5G router and will offer competitive plans. Plans start at $90 per month and will depend on tower congestion. After 50GB of usage within a month, the data speed may be throttled. The plan also offers video streaming of up to 480p resolution.
Another product that T-Mobile is launching is called T-Mobile Collaborate. This is a work platform that will replace the usual office PBX (switching phone box system). This is a cloud-based system that will let businesses easily set up conference calls, video meetings, and even transfer calls to other departments of the business. The system will integrate Office 365 apps to further make use of an existing Microsoft office suite subscription.
The last product under T-Mobile WFX is Enterprise Unlimited. It requires an account with 11 mobile lines or more and will offer unlimited 5G/4G data, 10GB of tethering per line, and access to T-Mobile Collaborate.
The new products under T-Mobile WFX seem like a beneficial alternative to small and medium-sized businesses who are interested in pursuing the work from home trend.
