Verizon Motorola Edge+ 2020 devices getting Android 12 update

The Motorola Edge+ 2020 has finally gotten an Android 12 OS update for Verizon Wireless users. And as noted by PhoneArena, this may just be the last major OS update for the device. 

Verizon recently updated the support page for the device to note the changes. Some of the features that are available with the update include the following:

  • Advanced Calling user interface

  • N5 to N5 handover

  • P-Early-Media header

  • Verizon Digital Secure

  • Verizon Location Agent (VLA) app 

Along with getting the latest Android OS update, the Motorola Edge+ 2020 is getting the March security patch. You can check if your device is ready to be updated by going to your Settings app.
