Verizon, Razer, and Qualcomm are coming up with a handheld gaming device that runs on Android’s OS. Earlier today, the trio teased the Razer Edge 5G at the Mobile World Congress in Las Vegas. This is the first time we’re seeing the gaming console, which is set for a formal announcement next month.
As of this writing, we don’t know much about the console except that it will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon G3X Gen 1 Gaming Platform. It runs on Android OS and can connect to Verizon’s 5G Ultra Wideband cellular data for on-the-go gaming.
We don’t have to wait too long to know more about the Razer Edge 5G since more about the phone will be revealed at the RazerCon 2022 on October 15th.
