Walmart hints at possible new wireless provider

According to BestMVNO, it’s possible that Walmart stores will be opening an unnamed wireless provider. In addition to this discovery, the publication also learned that “Walmart is likely soon to sell services from an additional carrier, but it is unclear which one.”

Right now, the smartphone manufacturer has not disclosed the location where this can be picked up. Instead, the publication believes that it will be carried by Mint Mobile. But then again, selling phones in stores is a welcomed change for Mint.

It’s possible that this could be launched by Walmart.com, especially since there are 7 Consumer Cellular phones available on the store online.
