Considering the fact that the OnePlus 7 series was introduced almost four years ago, it means that it is an older device that will no longer be receiving any updates.
Earlier this week, OnePlus announced that they will be pushing out the final update for all devices under the OnePlus 7 series: the OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 7T, and OnePlus 7T Pro.
The update comes with the December 2022 security patch and the very last OnePlus 7 OS update which will improve its performance and system stability.
The forum post shares: “According to the maintenance schedule, MP3 will be the last build for OnePlus 7T/7T Pro, thank you all for your help and attention to OnePlus.”
If you are using any of the devices under this series, you can still get the last update, the OxygenOS 12 MP3. This update is expected to roll out soon in three versions: Global, Europe, and India.
