A recent poll by Android Authority shows that many T-Mobile users are eyeing new service options — with Google Fi and Visible leading the way. According to the publication, “Google Fi emerges as the top choice, and Visible is a close second”.
The survey, which collected more than 4,400 votes, revealed that nearly 30% of respondents would switch to Google Fi. That isn’t surprising — Google Fi runs on T‑Mobile’s network, offers cheaper plans, and gives users the same priority access during busy times. Plus, every plan includes free data for smartwatches — a subtle perk that goes a long way.
Right behind Fi is Visible, capturing about 24% of the vote. Visible operates on Verizon’s network, making it a solid choice if you’ve experienced shaky coverage with T‑Mobile. Its plans are straightforward, transparent, and already include taxes and fees — no surprise charges hiding in the fine print.
Mint Mobile, US Mobile, and Metro by T‑Mobile also received mentions, though with fewer votes. Mint Mobile stays on T‑Mobile’s network but sells service in 3-, 6-, or 12‑month bundles — offering rock-bottom monthly rates, like $15/month for unlimited service over three months. US Mobile stands out by offering access to all three big carriers (T‑Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T). Metro mimics the T‑Mobile experience, complete with its perks, but at a lower cost.
The feedback shows that consumers value simplicity, reliable coverage, and transparent pricing. Each of these alternatives offers something different, whether it’s lower cost, smarter access, or more flexibility. If the thought of unpredictable fees, shrinking plan lineups, or spotty coverage bothers you, these options deserve a second look — and at least one might just suit your needs better.
