Tello Mobile now has data top-ups. The T-Mobile MVNO officially launched this feature, enabling subscribers to add data when they run out in the middle of their billing cycle.
With this feature, customers can purchase 1GB of data top-up for $5. This is only available to plans that come with high-speed data. The data top-up expires at the end of your plan’s billing cycle and will not rollover to the next month.
As noted by BestMVNO, you’ll only get the option to top-up on your account dashboard once your current plan only has less than 1GB of high-speed data available.
You can also check your available balance or top-up your data by sending an SMS message to 800. Here are the instructions:
To check your balance: Text BALANCE to 800
To top-up your data: Text ADD1GB to 800
To renew your plan: Text RENEW to 800
