Rugged CAT S50

When CAT built the S50, they had only one demographic in mind—the adventurers. Thus, they created an Android smartphone that came with specs only the best of the best could have. The S50 comes with a 4.7-inch IPS LCD display with a 720x1280 resolution and 312ppi index. From inside, a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor runs to give power to the device along with 2GB of RAM and the Adreno 305 GPU. For storage, the S50 comes with a built-in capacity of 8GB, which may be expanded by up to 64GB using a microSD card. It is able to capture high quality photos with its 8MP rear-facing camera and a secondary VGA camera in front. There is a non-removable Li-Ion 2630mAh battery that powers the device for up to 16 hours of talk time and 33 days in standby mode. Upon unboxing, the S50 runs Android 4.4 KitKat OS and has 4G LTE connectivity. Users may pick from either Forest or Slate color options. The smartphone is scratch-resistant, dust and waterproof; which is the perfect device for those who love the outdoors.
